Each shift card provides all the essential details you need before applying or arriving at a shift. It includes task responsibilities, community information, required licenses, estimated earnings, shift timing, and location. You’ll also find helpful features like a welcome message, attire guidelines, check-in instructions, and a document icon to view or complete any required paperwork—ensuring you’re fully prepared for every shift.
Shift Card Information
Each shift card contains detailed information like:
- Community Logo and Name
Displays the branding and identity of the facility. - Completed Documents Icon (Top Right Corner)
Quick visual indicator showing if all required documents are submitted. - Hot Shift Icon
Fire visual indicator that was recently posted and needs quick coverage. Picking it up boosts your reliability score! - Estimated Earnings per Shift
Projected compensation for completing the shift. - License Types (Primary and Alternative)
Lists the required and acceptable license types for the shift. - Shift # ID
Unique identifier for the shift. - Shift Date & Time
Exact date and time the shift begins and ends. - Community Address
Full physical address of the facility. - Telephone Number
Direct contact number for the community. - Shift Requirements
Some shifts have special requirements, like proof of COVID-19 vaccination or specific training. - Task Details Tab
The Community will describe the job functions here, a breakdown of responsibilities and expectations for the shift.

A visual or numerical score reflecting the community’s engagement and satisfaction.

A friendly note or greeting from the community.
- Requested Attire
Dress code or uniform expectations.
- Where to Park / Check-In Process
Instructions for arrival, parking, and check-in.
- Location
Map or visual reference of the community’s location. Includes a button to Open Location in Maps for easy navigation (scroll down)
- Apply Now Button
Call-to-action for users to apply for the shift.
This section ensures you have all the necessary information before arriving at your shift.
