Our general support phone line will redirect your call based on your needs:

👤 Candidate Support
We support candidates who want to become Heroes throughout the entire onboarding process. This includes guidance on how to sign up, verify licenses and documents, complete interviews, and navigate background checks. Our team is here to ensure that every candidate is fully prepared to become a HERO on the KARE platform.

We assist HEROES with anything related to their experience on the KARE app. This includes troubleshooting app issues, guidance on how to pick up shifts, and support with attending and completing those shifts successfully. Our goal is to make sure every HERO is empowered to deliver care confidently and reliably.
