Community Orientation Readiness
Before working at a community the first time, you must read and accept all of their uploaded orientation documents. You will automatically be taken to these documents when you confirm your first shift at a community to complete this task.
If a community updates their orientation documents, you will need to read and accept their documents again.
Reading the documents before the first shift.
After confirming a shift, you will be presented with a screen to open every document. You must open each of the documents and read them. After you open all of the documents, the Read and Accept button at the bottom will be enabled to tap.
Reading updated documents
If a community has updated policies, they will upload them into KARE and you will be presented the screen to read them again. You must open each of the documents and read them. After you open all of the documents, the Read and Accept button at the bottom will be enabled to tap.
In both cases, a timestamp will be recorded and displayed to the community that you have read and acknowledged their documents.
